Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations are possible within 24 hours of your order. Beyond this window, requests may be difficult to fulfill due to processing. For cancellations made in time, expect a refund within 7 business days.

We encourage you to use our products for a minimum of 14 days. If you’re still not satisfied, returns are accepted within 60 days from purchase. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We package our products carefully, but if you receive a damaged item, inform us within 72 hours with a photo of the damage at We’ll assess and proceed with a suitable solution. Normal wear and tear or misuse damages are not covered.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim for timely delivery but aren't responsible for delays outside our control, including courier or customs issues. Contact the courier for delivery problems. Lost, stolen, or delayed packages are not our responsibility.

Incorrect Shipping Address
